Paid advertising + tracking for plumbing companies
A ringing phone is not the same as profitable plumbing work.
RGB Ads connects the click, call, booking, dispatch, completed job, and money collected—so you can see which ads create work worth buying again.
Come as you are. I’ll check the advertising; you don’t need to prepare a report.
Where the report stops being useful
Google counts the call. You still have to collect the money.
Call volume alone cannot tell you whether the customer was in your service area, needed work you perform, booked, approved the work, or paid the invoice.
A busy phone can hide bad calls.
Spam, wrong numbers, vendor calls, out-of-area customers, and work you do not take can all appear as conversions.
Job mix changes the math.
A drain call, water heater, sewer line, and repipe should not carry the same value—or justify the same acquisition cost.
Attribution disappears at dispatch.
The ad creates the call, but the source gets lost before the job is booked, completed, and collected.
If the real leak is missed calls, slow follow-up, a full schedule, or weak booking—not the advertising—we should find that before you spend more.
Track the whole plumbing job
Not just the first ring.
The result is not another mystery dashboard. It is a usable answer to one question: which advertising created plumbing work we would gladly buy again?
Source
Preserve the campaign, search, ad, or referral that created the first contact.
Qualified
Separate real customers in your area from spam, wrong numbers, and work you do not perform.
Booked
Confirm whether the call became an actual slot on the schedule.
Dispatched
Follow the appointment through arrival, diagnosis, and presented options.
Collected
Return job type and collected revenue to the source that started it.
Not every lead deserves the same budget
Your service mix should change the math.
Separate the work you actually sell.

Talk to the founder
Matthew, not an account-manager maze.
I’m Matthew Mannine, founder of RGB Ads in Pensacola, Florida. On the Free 13-Minute Ad Check, I’ll check the advertising and tracking first. You don’t need exact numbers or a report; we can start with what you know and what I can see.
The problem may be the campaign. It may be tracking, call handling, dispatch, capacity, or follow-up. If advertising is not the first thing to fix, I’ll tell you.
Straight answers
Before you book.
What counts as a qualified plumbing call?
A real customer in your service area asking for work you perform, with a reasonable path to booking. Your definition can also distinguish emergency service, planned replacement, and larger project work.
Can service calls and installations be reported separately?
That is the goal. The check determines whether your call, booking, dispatch, and job records preserve enough information to separate them reliably.
Do I have to replace my current marketer?
No. Better tracking can make an existing relationship more accountable. It can also show you when a change is actually justified.
What if missed calls are the bigger problem?
Then buying more traffic will not solve it. The useful answer may be better phone coverage, faster follow-up, or more capacity before additional ad spend.
Will this work with our current software?
We start with the systems you already use. What can be connected or configured depends on your setup and access, which we confirm before promising a specific integration.
